Most importantly, the life wheel scoring system also allows you to see right away which areas of your life might be deficient or need improvement. This gives you an immediate overview of your current “life balance”. You rate your level of satisfaction within each area, then map this onto an image of a wheel. It usually consists of 6-10 categories or areas considered important for a whole or balanced life. Sometimes for one day, sometimes even for six months.

All of these short-term programs taught me something, and yes they all worked in a way. And all of this with the goal to get my weight stable and under control, feel good in my body to be more attractive, appreciated and successful. In a nutshell, I had tried all sorts of diets or quick fixes you can think of: workout videos, gym memberships I paid for and never used, appetite suppressant pineapple chewing gums, bootcamps, low-fat-low-carb program for 30 days - you can chase me with salmon since then, paleo diet, rice diet, kale soup, skipping a meal to make up for binge eating attacks, to only name a few. Are you ready to re-align your life from the inside out? Much Love,

I help them find their own unique way, learn powerful tools and implement healthy habits that fit into where they are right now in their lives and enable sustainable shifts that last for the future. Life is too beautiful to waste any minute of it feeling stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted or frustrated. I love to travel and explore what the world and life have to offer. Whilst I’m not living a perfectly 'healthy' lifestyle (I definitely have my guilty pleasures and flaws), I managed to escape the daily hustle and bustle, get out of that hamster wheel and transitioned into a life that is balanced and aligned with my purpose.
